Jay Carter is an experienced Realtor and a real estate investor.
As the owner of single-family and multi-unit apartment buildings in two states, Jay fully understands what other real estate investors are looking for.
“Our number one goal is to make this as easy and hands-off for investors as possible,” Jay says. “We do all the legwork. We figure out how the numbers can work based on verifiable facts, and then we handle all the paperwork, inspections and walk-throughs.”
Jay also understands the importance of quality property management. “We already know the property managers in town who can quietly get the job done and take care of all the details,” he says. “We literally want our investors to prop up their feet and not have to handle a thing…and watch their equity grow!”

Michele Kim Carter
Customer Service Manager
Working alongside her husband, Michele serves as the preliminary contact with local non-investor clients, including visitors to our sister residential real estate web service, LivingInAustin.com.
Michele also actively manages the corporation’s marketing and administrative functions, and makes sure to stay in touch with all of the corporation’s past clients on a regular basis.
“It’s important to us that we look beyond the single transaction and understand the importance of a long-term relationship with all our clients,” Michele says. “We want to create raving fans that won’t hesitate to refer us to their friends and family over and over again.”

Client Care Coordinator
Michele handles all the “contract to closing” details for our investor clients. Among many other duties, Michele makes sure everything that’s supposed to happen in a real estate transaction happens on time. She also serves as a main point of contact with our clients to answer any questions they may have along the way.
Michele is from southern California, and has worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years.
