Scofield Farms is situated north of Parmer Lane, south of Howard Lane, and west of I-35.  Easy access to both I-35 and Mopac makes the neighborhood a favorite among north Austin commuters.

Here are a few quick facts about the homes in Scofield Farms:

  • Homeowners get the dual advantage of living in a newer-built home (built between between 1992 and 2002) but in an established, tree-shaded neighborhood. 
  • All homes in the neighborhood were built by either David Weekley Homes, Newmark Homes, Wilshire Homes and Hammonds Homes (which is now known as Meritage).
  • The homes in Scofield Farms vary in size from 1,300 to 4,500 square feet and are priced in the mid-$100K's to mid-$300K's.
  • Scofield Farms is located within the excellent Pflugerville ISD system, including Parmer Lane Elementary, River Oaks Elementary, Westview Middle and Connally High schools.
  • The neighborhood has its very own City of Austin Park - Scofield Farms Park - which includes a jogging trail, softball field, volleyball court and plenty of preserved open space.
  • Scofield Farms is divided into two sections, each of which has its own swimming pools and homeowner's associations.  On the west side of Metric Blvd., there's the Ridge at Scofield Farms, and on the east side of Metric, there's Scofield Farms and the Park at Scofield Farms.
